About Me

Gunjan Kapoor

I believe that every person carries stories worth sharing, strengths waiting to be discovered, and the capacity to live with greater awareness, purpose, and joy.

My professional journey began in Banking, where I spent over 13 years leading Current Account and Trade Finance Operations, managing teams, overseeing critical transactions, and working closely with clients across India. Those years taught me the importance of systems, discipline, customer focus, and building meaningful relationships.

Over time, my curiosity about people, behavior, and human potential led me into the world of learning, development, and mindfulness.

Today, I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to cultivate greater self-awareness, effective communication, emotional resilience, and mindful leadership. Drawing from my experience in corporate environments and over a decade of mindfulness practice, I design and facilitate customized programs on Mindfulness, Customer Centricity, Effective Communication, Campus-to-Corporate Transition, and Personal Effectiveness.

I am a Certified Mindfulness Coach trained in the Unified Mindfulness approach and help individuals integrate mindfulness into everyday life through practical, secular, and evidence-informed practices.

I am also an author, blogger, and podcaster. What began as a simple conversation with my younger son led me to discover my love for writing. Since then, I have written extensively on mindfulness, parenting, relationships, travel, and the small moments that make life meaningful. My work has appeared in publications including The Times of India, Women’s Web, Momspresso, and other platforms.

Some milestones that I am grateful for:
• Literoma Golden Star Award recipient (2020)
• Women’s Web “Best Parenting Blog of the Decade” award winner
• Finalist, Orange Flower Awards (Hindi Poetry)

Books:

📚 Strings – Collection of Poems & Micro-Fiction (2020)

📚 Bhutan-Somewhere between heaven and earth-A happy place (2022)

📚 Strings-A Collection of Little Things in Life (2024)

Through my work and writing, I continue to explore the intersections of mindfulness, creativity, relationships, and personal growth.

If you’re passionate about creating more mindful workplaces, meaningful learning experiences, or simply living life with greater awareness, I’d love to connect.
